RSA Melbourne and the Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate accredited by Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) is a legal requirement in Victoria to work in an environment where alcohol is being sold and served.
It has always been a VCGLR requirement that this certificate has always been obtained through face to face classroom training and not available online. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic VCGLR has granted Best Restaurant Training (RTO number 40777) to deliver this RSA training through interactive video chat or virtual classroom technology for the duration of the Victorian Declared State of Emergency (COVID-19).
All requirements of the course as stipulated by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation are the same as the face to face training but the training now takes place in a virtual classroom with the use of Zoom technology.
The course runs for four hours and upon completion of the course students receive the Victorian RSA certificate accredited by Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.

We can also run RSA training on site at your venue. You just need to provide potential dates and times. The course takes four hours.
The cost is $650 for up to 10 people and then $65 for each person if the group is larger than ten people.
